Your first contact with our office will most likely come from our Administrative support staff. They will schedule your consultation appointment and mail you directions as well as important paperwork needed for your appointment. They can be reached at extension 100.

At the consultation you will meet our Fellow. Well versed in Mohs and Dermatology he/she will discuss your treatment options after a short examination with a review of your diagnosis.

Our clinical staff will review your preoperative instructions at the time of your consultation or they may call you 2 weeks prior to the surgery. Please familiarize yourself with the clinical staff as they will be taking care of you on the day of surgery. If you have any questions before or after surgery please contact one of our clinical staff at extension 102.

If you have any billing or insurance questions, our billing department is available at extensions "105" and "107" to assist you.

From all of us at Dayton Skin Surgery Center we hope to make your visit a comfortable and pleasant experience. We look forward to taking care of you!

Michele Erby, LMT
Michele joined us in early 2006 in an effort to promote patient comfort, provide pain control and aesthetic services such as chemical peels, facials and general skin care. Full descriptions are available under "Aesthetic Services".

Therapeutic Massage affects the body as a whole. On site massage is a simple and very beneficial intervention that promotes relaxation and alleviates the perception of pain and anxiety in patients.

Michele is attentive to the patients' needs by providing a complimentary therapeutic massage to assist in making each patient visit a more comfortable and pleasant experience. Each massage is fully clothed and lasts 5-30 minutes in your treatment room. It focuses on the areas of the head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.

Massage has been proven to provide physical, mental and emotional benefits such as reducing heart rate and blood pressure. It increases serotonin and endorphins while improving circulation. Massage also relieves anxiety and stress while increasing mental alertness and clarity.

Your massage will incorporate various types of techniques in order to meet your individual needs.

If you would like to discuss your treatment before your scheduled surgery date, please contact Michele Erby, LMT at 937-293-5567.
