Heidi B. Donnelly, MD
Dr. Donnelly is the owner and Medical Director of Dayton Skin Surgery Center which opened in the summer of 1998.
Dr. Donnelly has dedicated her career to the treatment of skin cancer and photo-aging.
She attended the University of Illinois in Chicago. After completing her internship at Northwestern University Medical Center, she went on to complete a residency in dermatology.
Dr. Donnelly obtained her board certification in 1994 from the American Board of Dermatology. She completed her fellowship in Mohs, Laser and Dermatologic Surgery in 1995.
Dr. Donnelly served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Rush-Presbyterian- St Lukes Medical Center in Chicago until 1997. After moving to Ohio she became the Director of Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery for Wright State University.
She has authored and published numerous scientific book chapters and articles on Mohs and Dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Donnelly currently trains six residents and one fellow a year in Procedural Dermatology.

David Clark, MD
Dr. Clark is an associate partner of Dayton Skin Surgery Center.
Dr. Clark complements our practice by bringing over nineteen years of experience in Mohs Micrographic surgery.
Dr. Clark attended the University of Colorado. After completing his internship in Internal Medicine, he went on to complete his residency in Dermatology.
Board Certified in Dermatology and Internal Medicine in 1978, Dr. Clark completed his Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic surgery in 1987.
Since then, Dr. Clark has served as the Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri School of Medicine and as Chief of Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Clark has published over twenty five scientific book chapters and articles on Mohs and Dermatologic surgery.
He has also trained more than fifty residents and three fellows in cutaneous oncology and aesthetic dermatology. Dr. Clark serves on various ethics and curriculum committees throughout the United States.
Dr. Clark is an avid biker and enjoys doing artwork in his spare time.

Shalini Bahl, MD
Dr. Bahl joined Dayton Skin Surgery Center in March of 2006. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in Laser Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology and General Dermatology for adults and children.
Dr. Bahl received her bachelors degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Michigan - Dearborn. She completed her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan in 1996 and was a member of the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Bahl completed her Internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at the University of Cincinnati. She served as chief resident in her final year of residency.
Dr. Bahl has done research and clinical trials in Microbiology and Dermatology. She has written several publications and presented several abstracts on dermatologic conditions at the annual dermatology meeting.
She is part of several professional organizations including the AAD, ODA, OSDS, OSMA and the MCMS. In her spare time she enjoys working out, participating in and choreographing Indian dances for cultural events and spending time with her children.

Thomas Lewis, MD
Dr. Lewis was the 2007-2008 Fellow of the Dayton Skin Surgery Center. Dr. Lewis is a Board Certified Dermatologist. He completed his undergraduate and medical education at The Ohio State University earning Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude honors respectively. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies.
Dr. Lewis completed his Internship and Dermatology Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He served as Chief Resident during his final year of training. For his academic excellence, he was awarded with an International elective rotation in London, England.
Dr. Lewis has published several scholarly articles and presented at numerous national meetings, including the annual American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Meetings.
After completing his fellowship, Dr Lewis along with his wife and two children remained in the area to be close to family and friends. He currently practices part time with Adena Health Systems and part time with Dayton Skin Surgery Center, Inc.

Christa Kennedy, CMOM, CDC
Practice Manager
Fellowship Program Coordinator
Ms. Kennedy has been the Practice Manager for the Dayton Skin Surgery Center since March of 2005. She is a certified medical office manager and a certified dermatology coder.
Her responsibilities include accounting, marketing, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance as well as the coordination and supervision of the fellowship program, administrative and clinical staff.
She has been instrumental in the integration of Dr. Bahl's General Dermatology practice into DSSC. Ms. Kennedy has played an important role in the accreditation of the procedural dermatology fellowship program.
With a strong background in Emergency medicine and Ambulatory surgery centers, she also has experience in Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family practice and Cosmetic surgery.
Not only does she bring diverse clinical experience to DSSC but an adept knack in creating a harmonious balance with the staff, physicians and patients.
Ms Kennedy is part of several professional organizations such as the MVMGMA, PACHOM, OSMA and ADA/M.
